President & Chief Executive Officer

Romil was named PRGX's President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2009. Prior to joining PRGX, Romil was one of the founders and a managing director of Infosys Consulting, the management consulting business started in 2004 by Infosys Technologies, a publicly traded global technology and consulting services company. He also led Infosys' global System Integration business from late 2007 until he joined PRGX.

Prior to Infosys, Romil ran the global consulting services business of EDS, and held a number of senior roles at A.T. Kearney, last serving as the leader of the firm's European strategic technology and transformation practice. Romil began his career at Deloitte Consulting. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate engineering degree from the Directorate of Marine Engineering and Technology in Calcutta, India.

Chief Financial Officer

Robert (Bob) became the company's Chief Financial Officer in June 2009. Bob has thirty years of finance and accounting experience in both public accounting firms and public company settings. Bob joined PRGX as controller in January 2006.

His previous experience includes service in a dual role of CFO and Controller of Buckhead America Corporation, a public company spin-off of Days Inns of America, and prior to that he served as Corporate Controller at Days Inns. Before Days Inns, he was a Senior Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick. Bob holds a bachelor of business administration in accounting from Georgia State University and holds an active CPA license from the State of Georgia.

Senior Vice President - Americas & Global Profit Optimization

Jim is responsible for new client development as well as for ensuring that all existing PRGX clients are receiving the very high level of service they have come to expect from us over the years. Additionally, Jim leads PRGX' Profit Optimisation services globally.

Prior to joining PRGX in March 2009, Jim was a partner at Infosys Consulting. In this role, Jim assisted in growing the business to more than 600 consultants over a period of four years. He also worked at A.T. Kearney as a consultant and ran a UK-based IT services company. Jim holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an undergraduate degree from Brunel University, UK.

Vice President - Global Recovery Audit Services

Michael has overall responsibility for recovery audit services globally. He joined PRGX in 1995 and has vast operational experience in the delivery and execution of our recovery audits. Prior to his current role Michael lead both our audit services in the US as well as our Global Audit Strategy team. In his current role Michael has worked closely with audits and clients across the globe in the delivery of our Next Generation Recovery Audit (NGRA). Prior to joining PRGX Michael worked in both the Retail and Manufacturing sector in finance and internal audit roles.

Vice President & General Manager Healthcare

Christine joined PRGX in 2012 and brings to the company over twenty years of diverse experience in the healthcare, IT and legal industries. Christine comes to PRGX with a proven record of enabling business performance.

Prior positions include VP of client services and federal operations at Thomson Reuters, president of Recovery Audit Solutions, Inc., and leadership positions at Connolly Healthcare, Keystone Mercy Health Plan, and other prestigious healthcare organisations. She is a cum laude graduate of Peirce College in Philadelphia.

Managing Director of Client Services - Europe Asia Pacific Region

Steve joined the team in September 2012 as Managing Director, Client Services for the Europe, Asia and Pacific region. With over 25 years of experience in IT and business consulting services, Steve previously spent 4 years with Infosys Limited, initially as Managing Partner for the European Consulting business before becoming global lead for the Consulting and Systems Integration vertical for Energy, Utilities, Communications and Services industries. Prior to joining Infosys, Steve was a Partner with PwC Consulting and IBM Global Business Services, where he specialised in delivering high value results into large scale multi-nationals across a variety of industries before becoming Managing Partner for the ERP Service line across the North Europe region.

Before moving into mainstream management consulting, he worked for several years as an accountant in the oil & gas industry with Conoco (upstream) and Esso Petroleum (downstream).

CIO + SVP Shared Services

Michael joined PRGX as Chief Information Officer in October 2009. Prior to joining PRGX, he was a partner in the IT Strategy practice at Infosys Consulting. While at Infosys, Michael worked with Fortune 500 clients to align their IT functions and IT solution portfolios to maximise business value.

Prior to joining Infosys in late 2004 Michael was a senior consultant in the IT Strategy and Transformation practice at A.T. Kearney. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate degree in computer science from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica.

General Counsel

Victor (Vic) is responsible for the legal affairs of PRGX, and serves as legal counsel and corporate secretary to the Company's Board of Directors. Prior to joining the Company in 2006, Vic was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of GE Business Productivity Solutions, a division of GE Capital. He also served as Assistant General Counsel of the Healthcare Division of ALLTEL Information Services.

Vic began his career in the corporate/commercial practice group at Troutman Sanders, an Atlanta law firm. He holds MBA and JD degrees from Emory University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Auburn University. Vic is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and has been named by Georgia Trend magazine as one of Georgia's Legal Elite for each of the last five years.

SVP and Chief Strategy Officer

Puneet is the head of Corporate Strategy and M&A at PRGX. Before joining PRGX, Puneet was a management consultant, most recently with strategy consulting firm Oliver Wyman. Puneet has also worked with Infosys Consulting and Booz & Company.

His areas of expertise are corporate finance and business strategy/operations. He has supported specific corporate transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, privatisations and corporate re-structures. Puneet holds an undergraduate degree in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and is a CFA (chartered financial analyst) from the CFA Institute.

Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Alexandra joined PRGX in August 2010. Prior to PRGX, Alexandra was Director of Global Market Intelligence at Hewlett Packard (HP), building and leading a twenty-person team across three continents that supported key HP executives and the IT services sales teams. Prior to HP, Alexandra was with A.T. Kearney both as a management consultant and later as a Global Director of Planning and Executive Operations.

Alexandra began her career as an account executive with BBDO advertising. A native Belgian, Alexandra completed her undergraduate education in Brussels and received an MBA from UCLA.
