The benefits program at PRG–Schultz may vary by country or role due to our global operations. However, our goal is to offer the most comprehensive and competitive benefits package based on local market conditions and needs.

Health & Medical Plans

Where applicable, our medical, dental and vision plans are designed to provide our employees with options for quality healthcare at affordable rates. PRG–Schultz offers employees several alternatives and we typically cover the majority of the cost.

Flexible Spending Accounts

In eligible countries, PRG–Schultz provides our employees with flexible spending accounts where a portion of their income may be set aside on a pre-tax basis to cover out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision care expense or cost for the care of young children or handicapped dependents.

Life Insurance and AD&D

We typically pay the full cost of our employees' basic life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance up to a certain amount. In addition, employees often have the option to purchase supplemental insurance for themselves, spouse, and dependents.

Short and Long-Term Disability

PRG–Schultz provides short-term and long-term disability coverage at no cost to applicable employees. Depending on the situation, coverage will provide a portion of earnings during the period of disability.

Retirement Savings

PRG–Schultz assists our employees with their retirement savings and planning. Depending on local regulations, employees can often contribute up to a specific percentage, often on a pre-tax basis, of their annual compensation to a qualified savings plans (e.g., 401k, Contributory Pension), which may be matched annually on a percentage basis. We also provide personalized retirement planning meetings with a retirement planning advisor in certain locations.

Vacation and Personal Time Off

Our employees accrue paid vacation, and we observe most national holidays.
