GOVERNMENT

As the only recovery auditing and transaction assurance contractor with significant past performance in Federal government recovery audits and numerous state and local government audits, PRG-Schultz is best positioned to assist you with professional program design and implementation that will help you recover more dollars and improve your procure-to-pay processes.

PRG-Schultz was the first to bring recovery auditing to the Federal government and to be on the Recovery Auditing GSA Multiple Award Schedule (SIN 520-9). We identify and recover overpayments in support of the legislation and the President's Management Agenda to reduce erroneous payments. Our service is based on a pay-for-performance model. There are no up-front costs and all associated fees are a pre-negotiated share of actual recovered funds. In fact, a recent clarification by the Federal government on OMB Circular A-87, contingency fees are clearly allowed as part of recovered overpayments charged to Federal and state programs.

We already serve Federal agencies such as the Department of Defense, the General Services Administration, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Interior, the Department of Justice, a number of state and local governments, as well as a majority of Fortune 500 companies worldwide. PRG-Schultz uses proprietary software and expert auditing techniques to review your procurement and payment transaction information and to identify, verify and recover overpayments.
