Charisse joined PRGX in 2010 as a Principal in Advisory Services.  Before joining PRGX, she operated her own retail service business.  Prior to this, Charisse held merchandising and strategy/innovation roles at Circuit City and Sears Holdings.  She also spent several years consulting to retailers and consumer-oriented companies while at McKinsey & Company.  Charisse started her career at General Electric.  She holds an MBA and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.
