Victor (Vic) Allums is responsible for the legal affairs of PRGX. Prior to joining the company, Vic was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of GE Business Productivity Solutions, a division of GE Capital. He has also served as Assistant General Counsel of the Healthcare Division of ALLTEL Information Services and spent several years at Troutman Sanders, an Atlanta law firm. Vic holds a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
