PRGX is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·                Supports the Accounting and Finance department by receiving and accurately processing accounts payable invoices for designated geographies in accordance with financial policies and procedures.

·                Prepares batches of invoices for and performs data entry.

·                Prepares and mails vendor checks.

·                Manages department mailboxes for designated geographies.

·                Maintains vendor profiles in Peoplesoft.

·                Maintains and files all accounts payable documentation.

·                Reviews, audits, and processes expense reports.

·                Completes other duties as assigned.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

·                High school diploma or equivalent.

·                Minimum of two years’ experience processing accounts payable.

·                Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·                Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·                Strong time management skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy.

·                Ability to organize and prioritize workload.

·                Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·                Strong attention to detail.
