- Provides administrative support to audit teams through various administrative audit tasks
- Performs data entry to support audits
- Organizes audit data
- Organizes and files claims
- Packages claims
- Tracks audit tasks
- Runs reports
- Works with claims management system to track and maintain vendor compliance
- Reviews data and correspondence for accuracy
- Assists audit operations as requested
- May write and manage claims
- Manages total balance due from suppliers
- Corresponds with supplier/vendor for any question or explanation required
- Corresponds directly with vendor as requested by audit staff
