CA with 4-5 years of experience post CA qualification. Minimum 3 years of MNC experience. 

Overall management of Operations –

  1. MIS and Accounts Reconciliation
  2. Billing and Invoicing
  3. Financial Management including A/P and A/R
  4. Budget preparations and variance analysis
  5. Regulatory Compliances – Income Tax, GST etc.
  6. Bank related matters
  7. Monthly closure of books
  8. Fixed Asset Accounting
  9. Cash forecasting and variance analysis
  10. Knowledge of accounting of Forex transaction
  11. Experience in handling various audits, finalization of books of Accounts
  12. Preparation of Tax Audit report

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the Accounts function
  • Review monthly MIS reports
  • Coordinate with US Finance team for monthly reconciliations
  • Ensure timely compliance for all regulatory affairs
  • Resolving queries of internal, statutory and tax Audits with support of consultant
  • Finalization of Books of Accounts and tax Audit report
  • Provide support on Filing of IT returns, TDS returns to consultant
  • Team handling experience including cross functional team
  • Timely filing of GSTR1, GSTR3B, Annual return and GST refund

Secondary Responsibilities

  •  Provide support to inter dept. on taxation matters
