The PRGX Business Development Representative (BDR) is an inside sales/marketing role that is responsible for working closely with New Business Sales leaders to generate revenue by developing highly qualified opportunities for the PRGX Sales Team.

  • Outreach to Fortune 500 prospects, using a mix of telephone calls, email, and other communication mediums
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to execute targeted outbound campaigns and all inbound opportunities
  • Create a favorable first impression to prospects with a friendly attitude, compelling message, and consistent follow-up
  • Nurture and develop leads to turn contacts into qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed lead, account, contact, opportunity, and sales activity in CRM system (
  • Be accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly qualified lead objectives and quotas
  • Gain a solid understanding of the source to pay and recovery audit landscape


  • 1+ years of outbound sales and channel growth experience
  • A self-motivated, goal oriented, and “hunter” mentality in seeking out new business
  • A coachable and curious mindset
  • Excellent phone, writing, and presentation skills
  • Successful experience in high activity sales development, business development or inside sales for B2B services/solutions is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with limited supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent sales experience

Additional Skills Preferred

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and sales prospecting tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo)
  • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) or an account-based approach to selling
  • Source to Pay or Procure to Pay experience
