Supports Audit Operations & Audit Services by downloading A/P information from client’s terminal from SAP, from documents, classifying images and including information in the database that the audits need to work

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Assists audit operations by gathering all the information from the SAP pages the clients let us use
  •  

     

  • They have to select information from vendors, to support claim types
  •  

     

  • Reviews client information in SAP to email it to all the auditors in the project.
  •  

     

  • Retrieves client/buyer material/records.
  •  

     

  • Examines electronic data
  •  

     

  • Scans documents
  •  

     

  • Type in information missing in the databases
  •  

     

  • Types in information to create new databases for the operations team
  •  

     

  • Contributes to the success of the organization keeping updated the databases for the teams

work experience AND EDUCATION requirements

High school diploma

Office technical knowledge

High speed to type

prefer 1+ years of experience in office environment
