Supports Audit Operations & Audit Services by downloading A/P information from client’s terminal from SAP, from documents, classifying images and including information in the database that the audits need to work |
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Assists audit operations by gathering all the information from the SAP pages the clients let us use
- They have to select information from vendors, to support claim types
- Reviews client information in SAP to email it to all the auditors in the project.
- Retrieves client/buyer material/records.
- Examines electronic data
- Scans documents
- Type in information missing in the databases
- Types in information to create new databases for the operations team
- Contributes to the success of the organization keeping updated the databases for the teams
