The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for driving demand and delivering top line growth. The candidate will be responsible for strategy, development and execution of integrated, multi-step marketing programs supporting revenue and brand goals. They will lead cross-functional teams to drive collaboration with executive management, sales and key stakeholders. Must have experience with outbound marketing; particularly demand generation in a B2B, enterprise environment, for services or software.



  • Excellent marketing program management skills with a proven track record of plan development, messaging, resource management, traffic coordination, budget management, and program evaluation
  • Ability to succeed under aggressive project schedules
  • Strategic relationship building and management skills
  • Proficiency at working within a matrixed environment 



  • Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis on marketing, business or communications preferred 
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing, in an enterprise software or services environment
  • Must possess an advanced understanding of Marketing concepts and objectives in a fast-paced high-tech, complex-sale, B2B environment
  • Ability to understand how strategic objectives translate into market-specific programs
  • Demonstrated ability to implement with extreme attention to detail
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Possess ability to operate and make decisions under minimal supervision
  • Experience with CRM ( and marketing automation (Marketo) systems is ideal
  • Superior written, verbal and interpersonal abilities that facilitate clear and consistent program status to stakeholders
