Senior Product Manager

PRGX is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Product Manager who will own products in our new Verigon Solution Suite driving meaningful change for our users. 

As a Senior Product Manager for PRGX, you will be responsible for directing product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and market adoption.

This person will be in lockstep with our stakeholders to drive efficiencies, scalability, and innovation within our product suite. Everything we do starts with the customer, whether it is for our internal employee’s consumption or our clients. A successful candidate has an owner’s mindset and is laser-focused on building extraordinary experiences. 



  • Define and manage product vision and roadmap 
  • Closely collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities 
  • Perform competitive analysis to understand product gaps and establish clear differentiation strategy 
  • Drive iterative, agile delivery plan with sharp focus on MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and user feedback collection 
  • Write PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) that clearly structure all essential requirements and establish product scope 
  • Collaborate with UI/UX team to optimize user experience and satisfaction 
  • Update the Executive team and other stakeholders on product development progress and status 
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure perfect clarity on requirements, priorities, and trade-offs 
  • Represent PRGX as a product expert at customer interactions, industry, and corporate events 



  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Minimum 5+ years of software product management experience (SaaS experience a plus) 
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into a successful product roadmap and innovative solutions 
  • Strong organization skills, excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies 
  • Ideally, experience in supply chain, procurement and/or financial software applications
