The Senior Telecommunications Support Specialist will construct, install, monitor, repair and maintain communications systems and equipment.  The selected candidate will have experience understanding Telecom invoices and must be able to itemize detail for payment.  The Senior Telecom Support Specialist will work with and be familiar with Cloud and onPrem telephony, cellular, VoIP and related systems and devices.



  • Provide technical advice on telecommunications systems
  • Provide technical support on cellular phones and services
  • Receive feedback, identify users’ needs and requirements and mobilize existing technology to meet their criteria
  • Accept and work support requests in a timely manner
  • Support conference, telephony and cellular questions
  • Document plans, requests, activities and specifications and report on them
  • Program features, and system and allocate as necessary
  • Monitor and test systems and peripheral equipment and troubleshoot problems
  • Evaluate systems performance level and improve capabilities
  • Itemize telecom invoices and submit for payment on a timely basis



  • Familiarity with MS Office and databases

  • Abilty to work a flexible schedule from time to time
  • Possess some knowledge of call-center functions, Five9 would be nice to have
  • Good communicator, able to interface seamlessly with Senior Managers
