    SUMMARY:

    Supports Shared Services Audit Operations by assisting in identification of recoveries, claim generation and vendor correspondence.

SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to provide clerical support for the department, preparation and scanning of documents and other tasks by performing the following duties.    

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process customer documents by reviewing data.
  • Resolved discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning to client for resolution.
  • Enters data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or with OCR.
  • Verify entered data following proper techniques and procedures.
  • Reports changes need to team manager for resolution.
  • Monitors entry for resolution.
  • Protects customer information by keeping it confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) ; or one to three months related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prefer 1+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably information technology related.
