Analyst Assistant II

Our growth has led us today to seek an Assistant Analyst for one of our clients, located in Villeneuve D’Ascq (59).

Mission  : Reporting to the Director of Operations North in charge of this large account client, you are in charge of the accounting audit in order to detect anomalies that have led to payment discrepancies:

– Analysis of financial flows (double settlements)

– Circularization of supplier accounts

– VAT audit

Once the anomalies have been detected, you will have to create a complaint file with the supporting documents and make the link between the suppliers and our client in order to recover the sums due on behalf of our client.

Expected qualities : 

You will be trained on your arrival by an experienced Auditor.

You have an analytical mind and a taste for numbers.

You are also rigorous, persevering and determined, essential qualities to succeed in the position

Your relationship, your ability to be proactive are assets.

Mastery of Office tools : 

Word, Excel (pivot tables, V searches)

Knowledge of Oracle software is an asset.

Experience : 

Experience required in an accounting department (ideally supplier accounting, etc.)

Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus.

Knowledge of real estate law is an asset.

Education  : BTS Accounting/Management Control
