Transition from Lavante to Supplier Connect
Kroger is transitioning from Lavante to Supplier Connect as part of an important system upgrade to enhance speed, reliability, and visibility for our supplier partners. During this migration, access to remittance and backup information will be temporarily unavailable until October 27, 2025. Payments will continue as normal, but please review the FAQs below to understand how this change may affect your access and next steps.
While we understand this may cause a temporary delay in applying remittance, we appreciate your patience as we complete the system migration.
Frequently asked questions regarding our migration period
What will be the process to obtain backup while the system is unavailable?
During the transition period, remittance and check details will not be available immediately. However, they will be accessible the following week, 10/27/2025, through Supplier Connect.
Will remittance or backup be sent to a specific user?
No, remittance details will not be sent via email or handled manually. Due to the volume of data we process, we are unable to accommodate manual distribution. All remittance information will be available through the usual automated channels once the system is fully transitioned.
How can we request the backup as we post payments every day?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide remittance details on a request basis during this time. We recommend holding payments for application until the remittance data becomes available the following week. Payments are continuing to process on schedule, and we will not be reviewing claims related to missed terms or late postings during this period.
