Jonathan Lerner serves as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at PRGX, bringing a track record of driving profitable revenue growth, operational excellence, and enterprise value creation in complex, fast-changing markets. Over the course of his career, he has led large-scale organizations in public, private, and private equity–backed settings, with deep experience spanning software and technology, customer and employee experience platforms, financial services and capital markets, healthcare, professional and managed services, retail, logistics, distribution, and telecom.
Most recently, Jonathan led InterVision Systems, a North American ELITE 150 Managed Service Provider, where he partnered with the board and leadership team to sharpen the company’s vision, instill operational rigor, and scale into new markets. Under his leadership, the company doubled EBITDA while expanding profitable revenue over four years, more than doubling operating income and ultimately, successfully exiting the business to a financial-backed, strategic organization in mid-2025.
Prior to InterVision, Jonathan served as President of TTEC Digital and Executive Vice President at TTEC, where he led a global CX SaaS and services business, and integrated multiple acquisitions while deepening strategic partnerships with leading technology providers.
Earlier in his career, Jonathan held senior leadership roles at Verint Systems as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Americas. He also led global and regional businesses at ACI Worldwide, SAP America and PTC, consistently building world-class teams, executing disciplined go-to-market strategies, and delivering above-plan performance in high-growth platform, analytics, and enterprise software businesses.
Jonathan is recognized for building cultures of followership and accountability, leading with optimism, precision, and humility, and encouraging bold thinking tied directly to clear objectives and measurable outcomes. He has been honored as a Global Top 100 Sales Leader by The Modern Sale and is an active board and advisory member, including roles with ReluTech, SourcePass, and the Forbes Technology Council, where he contributes thought leadership on technology, customer experience, and growth strategy.
He holds an MBA in International Business from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Western University in Ontario, Canada. Fluent in French and experienced across North American and global markets, Jonathan brings a truly global perspective to customers, employees, and stakeholders alike.
