Chief Financial Officer

Scott Page serves as Chief Financial Officer of PRGX, bringing a proven track record as a strategic financial partner focused on operational excellence, working capital efficiency, and enterprise value creation in complex, fast-changing markets. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles across middle-market organizations in both public and private-equity-backed environments, spanning multiple industries.

Most recently, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer of Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a leading aerospace and defense MRO platform based in Atlanta. During his tenure, he led the business to grow EBITDA by 75% through a combination of organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions.

Prior to PAG, Scott was the CFO of Heritage Distribution Holdings, a private-equity-backed HVAC/R distribution company. Under his financial leadership, the business scaled rapidly from approximately $30 million of EBITDA to over $100 million through accelerated M&A and operational growth initiatives. He played a key role in the successful sale of the company to Beijer Ref, a publicly traded, multinational distributor headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, in a transaction valued at over $1 billion dollars.

Scott’s early career included leadership roles at General Electric, where he developed a practical, hands-on approach to finance, strategy, and execution across global businesses. Throughout his career, he has led teams in public and private-equity-backed companies by emphasizing partnership, accountability, and continuous improvement. He has been honored as a CFO of the Year nominee by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

He holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, a Master of Accountancy from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and International Relations from Michigan State University. He is currently completing the Advanced Finance Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Proficient in Spanish with experience across North American and global markets, Scott brings a globally informed, culturally grounded perspective to customers, employees, and stakeholders alike.
