Generic Description: Extend the presence of PRGX in the potential countries of Latin America, but primarily in Brazil, by combining the acquisition of new clients (the key objective of the work) and the empowerment of existing ones, working in collaboration with the operations teams. Likewise, seek the development of new services that will be offered progressively in Latin America over the next few years.

Specific Description: The primary purpose of this position is to increase sales revenue and new customer acquisition in the designated region, ensuring business objectives are met within prescribed time frames through the following tasks:

Main duties and responsibilities

• Development of a list of target prospects, search and identification of such clients and implementation of the plan to obtain those accounts.

• Development of a differentiated and competitive strategy to obtain new business, learning about the company and studying the best practices, joining them.

• Promotion of collaboration with third parties that can help PRGX in increasing sales revenues.

• Study of the possibilities of organic development among current clients, implementing new services whenever possible; support to operations managers in selling new services and expanding the scope of the existing audit.

• Proactively search for ways to increase revenue, reduce expenses and improve customer service.

• Maintenance of the company’s Salesforce system (control system and monitoring of activities with customers and prospects) in due form.

No Supervisory Responsibilities:

Internal Relations: Administrative Staff, Operations and Systems (locally and internationally).

 

External relations: Clients, prospects, and in general any person who can serve as a contact channel to promote business relations.

 

Internal clients: Operations.

 

External Clients: Representatives of clients and prospects.

 

Education and Experience:

 

• Successful track record of selling complex sales solutions for large companies.

• Considerable experience in developing trusting relationships with senior executives.

• Good practice in making visits/calls with or without prior contact.

• Important track record in closing sales.

• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.

• Own initiative. Able to work independently.

• Experience in working with and on behalf of many people of different characters (matrix management).

• Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, with experience in finance and purchasing, will be considered an added advantage.
