SUMMARY:

·       We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Sales Executive to join our team.

·       In this role, you will focus on cross-selling PRGX technology solutions to our existing services clients.

·       Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities within our current client base, build strong relationships, and drive subscription software growth through the sale of our innovative industry focused solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to cross-sell PRGX technology solutions to existing services clients.

·       Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the existing client base.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

·       Present and demonstrate the value of PRGX technology solutions to clients.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of technology solutions.

·       Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

·       Communicates the value of PRGX’s products and services to clients.

·       Engages the support of sales engineering, operations, finance and PRGX leadership as needed.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

·       A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or similar business discipline

·       Minimum of 3 years’ enterprise services and/or technology sales experience. 

·       Preference given to candidates with experience selling into procurement/category management groups within enterprise retailers and/or other enterprise organizations.

·       Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

·       Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent organizational skills.

·       Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

·       Self-starter with sense of urgency and desire to make an impact.

·       Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
