Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce databases, including data cleansing, deduplication, and optimization
  • Configure and customize Salesforce systems for optimized integration with other business tools
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and security settings
  • Develop and implement workflows, approval processes, and automation tools
  • Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary upgrades
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices

Requirements:

  • College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (ADM-201)
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
