Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a well-organised, process-minded, detail-oriented individual to join the Commercial Team as a Senior Auditor. This individual will be instrumental in contributing and leading several clients in the AP audit teams success and growth. The position of Senior Auditor is responsible for day-to-day analytical management across several audits and ERP systems to ensure the overall success of client audit programs. This includes audit production management, managing effective communications (team, client and auditee) and audit technical and strategic engagement oversight. This role also requires you to be an assigned mentor to Audit Assistants or new starters.

Person Specification
The specific minimum competencies required for job performance.
§ Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) from a four-year college or university, (or in the absence, clear demonstration of success in a similar position).
§ Chartered Accountancy or related certifications highly desirable.
§ Advanced audit skills required or other closely related financial audit experience.
- Strong background in accounting systems with an emphasis on Accounts Payable.
- Solid background in understanding and assessing operational processes and internal controls, including defining practical recommendations for improvement.
- Has financial business acumen, with exposure to payroll; insurance; benefits; internal controls; common business practices and contract language.
§ Strong organisational, planning, resource management and interpersonal skills including the ability to multi-task and cope with stressful situations and a variety of personalities.
§ Experience of Managing a team.
§ Excellent presentation/ telephone skills with ability to comfortably initiate, organise, and lead business related teleconferences and meetings with diverse attendees.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills including correct use of English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and mathematics.
§ Exceptional ability to handle multiple projects, from moderate to advanced complexity.
§ Absolute dependability.
§ Accurate and accountable performance in all areas of responsibility.
§ High energy level and strong initiative with an exceptional ability to manage intrusions and distractions in order to remain focused on work.
§ Knowledge of contemporary business practices and technology.
§ Solid computer software skills, including MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. MS Excel proficiency required.
