SUMMARY:

The Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives to drive client acquisition, accelerate revenue growth, and position PRGX as an industry thought leader. 

 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Develops and executes the overall marketing strategy to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

·       Builds best-in-class broad digital and social strategies to drive effective leads in all lines of PRGX’s business.

·       Creates and implements highly creative and impactful marketing campaigns that effectively position PRGX’s products and services in the market.

·       Leverages marketing and sales technologies to identify new trends, opportunities, and industry best practices.

·       Leads and inspires a high-performing marketing team fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continual improvement.

·       Collaborates closely with the executive team and other internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with financial/business goals and support the overall company strategy.

·       Oversees the development and execution of multi-channel marketing programs, including digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and partnerships.

·       Drives customer segmentation, market research, and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, optimize messaging, and refine go-to-market strategies.

·       Monitors and analyzes marketing performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.

·       Stays ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and client needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

·       Overall P&L responsibility for marketing ensuring the marketing team is properly partnered with the business to achieve short- and long-term financial goals.

·       Oversees brand development initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints, brand integrity, and brand awareness and recognition.

·       Creates compelling content and messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of PRGX’s products and services to target audiences.

·       Continually assesses the marketing team’s talent and structure to ensure that maximum performance standards are being met.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

·       A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.  Master’s degree is preferred.

·       Minimum of 10 years’ B2B marketing leadership experience in services and technology companies. 

·       Experience driving a global identity with keen understanding of local markets.

·       Experience as CMO in company(ies) with less than $1b in revenue.

·       Experience in private equity owned organizations and/or emerging growth companies is highly preferred.

·       Demonstrated ability to think outside the box to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.

·       Proven track record of generating robust lead funnels that result in double digit year-over-year revenue growth.

·       Passionate client advocate.

·       Strategic mindset with the proven ability to align marketing initiatives with business initiatives.

·       Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

·       Strong analytical skills.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent organizational skills.

·       Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

·       Self-starter with sense of urgency and desire to make an impact.
